Wanted to give a review on LRE foundation repair - I am writing this review after 2+ years, yes, delayed, but important to note that the repair done by LRE was great and it is still solid! Our concrete section on one side was sinking a bit near the side garage door. They raised that section and the pooling of water is almost gone. Will be having them come again and check out some other work. Great to see warranty coverage as well. We are having them come out and also estimate for drainage.

They did exactly what they said they would do and did so efficiently and quickly. Problems encountered were dealt with and corrected on the same day. Phase one is done and cracks have been closed.

I hired LRE to inspect, repair and shore up the foundations of a hundred years old 2 stories foursquare in St Pete, before I start any renovation work. The work quality and attention to detail Lee and his team, Ryan and Josh demonstrated left me confident this house will see a couple more generations. They installed my french drain and did a wonderful job. There was nothing left over for me to clean up and they explained all the details of what they were doing as they went along. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future

Richard and his crew of Chris, Derrick, and William reinforced one wall of my villa which was damaged from soil erosion due to a broken sprinkler system. They were all very courteous and professional and left the job site as neat as it was when they began the job. Very outstanding work!!
