I hired LRE to inspect, repair and shore up the foundations of a hundred years old 2 stories foursquare in St Pete, before I start any renovation work. The work quality and attention to detail Lee and his team, Ryan and Josh demonstrated left me confident this house will see a couple more generations. Overall, LRE as a business was responsive, professional and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend LRE to give your old house a good base for the future.

LRE Is amazing. My 112 year old house had sagging wood floors with crawl space construction in what is a great little house. Mike Guy, Chris Williams,Jeremy, and Chris Saunders were on site ahead of time and worked very hard in less than desirable conditions. In just two days the floor feels like it's on Concrete! The house was lifted to correct original poorly constructed foundation and 112 years of gravity. Would be happy to recommend!
