Tampa Land Prep did such an amazing and professional job with the demolition of our vacant mobile home. Stephanie was fast with replies and had the resources and know how to get the job done quickly. We were preparing for possible Hurricane weather and she was sensitive to the need and urgency and the price was perfect for our budget. They even made sure to clean up any trash or debris. We are impressed with this company.

We heard back quickly on scheduling an estimate for our backyard grading project. They were able to start the project the same week, which was great. Stephanie did a great job on grading our backyard to improve drainage & prep for new sod. Would highly recommended.
