A Teaching Affair

Let me help your child achieve their academic potential! I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, K-6, with an ESOL Endorsement and over 15 years experience as both a certified classroom teacher and an online tutor. I am a very caring, patient, and dedicated person. I believe that each child learns a little bit differently and that it is my job to help each individual figure out what works best for them. I feel that this can be achieved through lots of communication with the student and the parent while trying to make things as stress free as possible. I charge $35/hour and use a web-based platform specifically tailored to teaching. I am also more than willing to break the hour up into two half-hour sessions for younger students.
