- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time individual clients receive $5.00 off. I have a great referral discount . I run specials a few times a year . Group readings can be a way to save each person money too ! The way group readings like that work is I open myself for messages from loved ones who have crossed over . Depending on the group size for your event determines how many people who might receive messages from spirit . Tarot group readings will have a minimum 5/8 minutes each person . I can give 10-12 tarot readings per hour . 5 minute minimum is needed for a client to have a fulfilling and meaningful reading . When I do large groups and parties , groups of three or 4 sit . I ask for the guidance that would benefit the members sitting there . Then it is the individuals choice too take the guidance if they feel it’s for them or wait for the next card . It’s amazing how it works that everyone in a group gets the answers they need . Single readings of course have a different amount of time spent etc . A Non- refundable Deposit is required to book my services for an event. Payment in full is expected before I start readings. I do charge a small travel fee over 60 miles to cover those expenses . I can provide references and also have many great reviews from satisfied customers !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process varies little with a new client. verses regular client . I prepare the same way but spend a few minutes BEFORE. the reading letting a new client know how the reading processes and what to expect from me and what I need them to do and be aware of . I familiarize myself with my clients energy as I tune in . When a reading ends i ask only love , light , and healing remain
