- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and competitive. Since we’re new to Thumbtack, we’re offering limited-time introductory discounts while we build our reviews here. You’ll be working directly with an ISA Certified Arborist and veteran climber who performs removals for several major tree companies in the area — which means you get top-level professional work without the extra layers or big-company markups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief call or message to understand the concern, then schedule an on-site evaluation when needed. As an ISA Certified Arborist with TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) and PPQ (Prescription Pruning Qualification), I assess tree condition, risk factors, and the safest course of action. I explain findings clearly, answer questions, and provide an honest recommendation or quote. Once approved, we schedule the work promptly, complete it safely, and leave the site clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISA Certified Arborist with additional qualifications including TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) and PPQ (Prescription Pruning Qualification). My training includes advanced coursework in tree risk evaluation, structural assessment, rigging, and industry-standard removal and pruning techniques. I have years of experience climbing and working for established tree companies, and I continue ongoing education to stay current with arboricultural best practices. My background as a veteran also instilled a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and accountability.
