Kevin is the BEST! He took out my old backsplash in the kitchen, installed new drywall, and put up new travertine tile. Kevin did an awesome job! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like hourly but in reality most jobs that I run across an hourly estimate can't be given. I always revert to Florida national average labor cost and installation and to be honest I am definitely not the highest and I am definitely not the lowest, I try to stay in the middle to give myself and customers room to accomplish their needs with the customer not feeling like they are over charged. We give good quality work at a good price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set appointment for estimate, talk to customer to find out their needs and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business of either building or remodeling homes and businesses for over 30 years.
