Kevin is the BEST! He took out my old backsplash in the kitchen, installed new drywall, and put up new travertine tile. Kevin did an awesome job! His work is very professional and he is very informative with all the questions I asked. Kevin does high quality work. I will hire him again will all my home improvements.

He came when he said and was a very nice guy he helped my life get back to normal fast by coming and completely remodeled my bathroom he took out my old bath tub and turned into a shower and also Installed new cabinets and sink. Also Completely finished my job before even considering going and starting another one something I don't see much of in the area.

Let me start by saying that I had no idea what was needed to build out the shed I bought. My intentions were to have a mother-in-law suite and in the end it came out looking like a mini version of my dream home!! Kevin was always on time, cleaned daily and made me feel comfortable being a single mother with young children and not only helped me with my savings on certain parts of the project but gave me brilliant ideas that not only help the functionality but the visual appearance of this giant project to take on! The flooring came out immaculate and there’s not a single seam in the drywall he put up. He built out custom shelving and we are just obsessed! There’s not a single person I would want to work on a project in my house but Kevin! Thank you so so much and can’t wait for you to build out the new deck!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like hourly but in reality most jobs that I run across an hourly estimate can't be given. I always revert to Florida national average labor cost and installation and to be honest I am definitely not the highest and I am definitely not the lowest, I try to stay in the middle to give myself and customers room to accomplish their needs with the customer not feeling like they are over charged. We give good quality work at a good price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set appointment for estimate, talk to customer to find out their needs and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business of either building or remodeling homes and businesses for over 30 years.
