Unfortunately there seemed to be a miscommunication of the date I wanted Elisha to start. I called her on the phone when she missed her day and time - we settled on a new day for her to come and she also missed that appointment. I would not refer her to anyone. She is not reliable. No consideration of another's time and no phone call to state she would be unable to make it. I would not choose her for your cleaning job.
