They set a high bar when it comes to integrity, reliability and workmanship.What I love about Lineage is youre dealing with one of two owners. You need an estimate for a repair, an inspection or a new roof - its the owner youre talking to and the owner who is coming to your home. You can tell right away - they care about what they do and they stand by their work. Our neighbors recommended Lineage, who did the roof on their beautiful new construction home. When my Mom needed help repairing storm damage, Brandon came out gave her a fair quote and timely, quality repair.When we put our house on the market, we had a buyer raise concern over a dark spot on a drone photo. Brandon came out to do an inspection and took photos. It turned out to be a little dirt or sentiment that collected in one area based on the unique angle of the roof. He called a power washer friend, who came out same day and rinsed it off - FREE of charge. Because thats the type of people they are. They will go above and beyond with their service.

When you have a home that is less than a year old, the last thing you expect is a leaking roof. But after the heavy rainfall we had this September & October we had water gathering in one of those it bedroom light fixtures. There was some light water damage in the crawl space, but we could never catch it as it was happening. Travis came out and was incredibly thorough in searching for the possible source. Turns out a shingle was caught on a nail that wasn’t hammered in all the way. When he showed me the picture, it would have been like looking for a needle in a haystack, but he found it. He also noticed that the builder hadn’t put sealant on the fasteners in the off-ridge vents and took care of that also. We’ve since had rain and no issues. With his keen eye for detail, Travis will be the first person I call for any of our roofing needs.
