When you have a home that is less than a year old, the last thing you expect is a leaking roof. But after the heavy rainfall we had this September & October we had water gathering in one of those it bedroom light fixtures. There was some light water damage in the crawl space, but we could never catch it as it was happening. Travis came out and was incredibly thorough in searching for the possible source. Turns out a shingle was caught on a nail that wasn’t hammered in all the way. When he showed me the picture, it would have been like looking for a needle in a haystack, but he found it. He also noticed that the builder hadn’t put sealant on the fasteners in the off-ridge vents and took care of that also. We’ve since had rain and no issues. With his keen eye for detail, Travis will be the first person I call for any of our roofing needs.
