I made a huge mistake by choosing Jason to install my water softener. I REGRET MY DECESION NOW. He is NOT professional at his work. Water inlet pipe from the sofner to the house started leaking within 3 months of the installation. I have reached out to him and the response is terrible. HE NEVER RESPONDS TO CALLS OR MESSAGES, I HAVE FOLLOWED UP HIM FOR 47 DAYS TO GET THE LEAK ADDRESSED, ALL THESE DAYS THE WATER WAS DRIPPING AND i HAVE MANAGED IT BY COLLECTING WITH A VESSEL, THINK HOW TERBILLE IS THE SITUATION AND THE RESPONSE. MANY TIME HE PROMISES TO COME AT A CERTAIN TIME AND DATE AND HE NEVER SHOWS UP. FINALLY HE FIXED IT AND WITHIN 2 MONTHS IT LEAKED AGAIN,THIS TIME ITS A HUGE CRACK AND WATER JUST BLAST AND I HAVE TO FIX IT URGENTLY. AS USUAL, HE NEVER RESPOND TO THE MESSAGE OR CALLS, HE PROMISED TO COME FEW TIME, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. FINALLY I END UP IN HIRING SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY. HE IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW TO DO HIS JOB, I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT HIS WORK, SEE OTHER REVIEWS. IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND FOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND AND SOME ONE WHO STOOD BY THEIR WORK AND SUPPORT, IF ANY ISSUE COMES UP, THEN BETTER DON’T HIRE JASAON. JASAON IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIS WORK IS TOTALLY NOT RELIABLE, I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT.
