I called Joanna in an emergency when my sons roommate left a mess and abandoned the apartment they shared. Joanna and her partner called me back right away and were at my sons apartment within the hour. They did a wonderful job and we are extremely satisfied with the results. We will definitely use Internal & External Touches again! Thank you !

Joanna was responsive to schedule changes, and worked around the confines of our schedule to perform the deep clean. Additionally, she accommodated extra requests and was flexible with forms of payment. I will be recommending her company’s services to my tenants and plan to use their services in the future.

Such a wonderful work of heart. My house was let's just say a horror. Joanna came in and took on the project without hesitation. She cleaned as if it were her own home. Cleaning shining and turning my house back into my home. I was very pleased and ever grateful. She is really 10 stars!

I normally meet and conduct a walk through to get and idea of the actual request before setting a final price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always cleaned but I began working with the local schools in the afternoons and it became a passion from that point.
