Joel Fain did an excellent job restoring a yard that was worthy of its own HGTV episode. He was punctual in keeping our appointments. Professional in conducting business. But most importantly (to me), he was helpful in answering questions--and I had a lot of them. Joel not only installed new sod, but helped me complete a soil sample to prepare the ground. Additionally, he coordinated the installation of a new irrigation system. Joel's effort was above and beyond. He takes pride in what he does and that is expressed in the quality of his services. Joel switched out our above-the-range microwave that was very old. The job turned out to be a lot more than he thought because of the way the old one was installed, but he tackled it and was able to get it out and correctly install the new one. I would definitely recommend him for your jobs!
