We were in a pickle trying to register an out of state vehicle at the DMV yesterday. Being an old classic vehicle we have it stored at home. We needed a notary to verify the odometer mileage so we could finish the registration process today. Wendy made arrangements with us quickly, and came out and helped us on the fly so that we could get out vehicle tagged. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. My total will be a state fee for notarization and a separate fee for my time and travel. I will explain the total when I am contacted by you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with working with new clients is to verify their identity, check the document for completeness. record the notarize act in my journal and complete the certificate. I also like to make sure my client understands what they are signing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by the State of Florida as a Public Notary. I also have training as a Wedding Officiate. I am bonded by the State of Florida and I am also a member of the National Notary Association.
