What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. My total will be a state fee for notarization and a separate fee for my time and travel. I will explain the total when I am contacted by you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with working with new clients is to verify their identity, check the document for completeness. record the notarize act in my journal and complete the certificate. I also like to make sure my client understands what they are signing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by the State of Florida as a Public Notary. I also have training as a Wedding Officiate. I am bonded by the State of Florida and
I am also a member of the National Notary Association.
