Contact and follow up for the initial visit was fine. I was told a follow up would happen when I tried the suggested repair (replace printer cartridge). I replaced the printer cartridge and the problem persists. I reported the failure to the tech, but haven't heard back on a follow up. Update: Esteban did reach out a couple days after the initial visit apologizing. No problem. Life happens. It happens to me, too. We were able to schedule the follow up, and he was on time and checked in to confirm and let me know he was on the way. He was also prompt with the information requested to help make a decision for the way forward on the repair. I changed my review rating to 5 stars since this company did everything I would expect service and communications wise.

Esteban was very good explaining everything to us and was super helpful. Prior to the visit communication was awesome. He fixed my sons self built computer. He actually came out on New Years Day. I would recommend calling Geeks for life for all your technical needs.
