- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base price for tv hangings. Brackets are additional and I can usually get them cheaper. I do charge for electrical outlets that need to be added behind the tvs if needed. There are also associated costs for wall plates and any additional gadgets the customer may need. If there is drywall work that needs to be done, I have a partner company for that at a reasonable rate.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved good sound. As homes became "movie" oriented and theater capable, and as the housing market was going under (my field was/is home building superintendent) I needed a sideline...I had intended to do Home Theater full-time, but as the economy went down, so did the home theater business. Now I am still building, and doing home theater.
