FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is tiered based on the length of time we spend on your project, as well as the difficulty of the project. We work with most budget sizes, and I will always give a realistic view ahead of time. We also only work on an invoice basis, meaning you don't get blindsided by hidden fees or costs. You know up front how much the site will cost, or how much the monthly fee will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a meeting to get to know them and their project. Everybody is different, and their website should reflect them as well as their business. From there, we discuss goals and milestones, then we give a technical breakdown of the time line and price. After that, we get out a front page draft, get feed back, and revise a full site draft. We get feedback, and revise the full site draft. Then we get final approval, and we upload the site online. After that, we discuss marketing options and other web services. It's pretty simple, and we try and keep it as painless as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 Years in the webdesign/digital marketing field as well as a Google Partner and multiple certifications by SEMRush and Google. I have a BA in criminal justice, so I can talk to you about the newest Netflix crime dramas, but other than that, absolutely no formal education in the digital marketing field. I've built over 90 websites personally, my company has built over 120 and all of my marketing clients that keep us on retainer enjoy their positions in top google search results across multiple keywords for their industry. I've worked with large scale advertising programs in the six figure range, and I've worked with mom and pop stores that needed a digital face lift. If you want to see examples of our work, we have a portfolio online or I can work up a case study for your business.
