Introduction: We are a string band trio (upright bass, violin, and acoustic guitar) with big vocals playing hits from the 50's to now. We bring fun and classy live music to any occasion.
People are not used to seeing or hearing something like us, so watching people's faces light up when they walk into a venue where we're playing is one of the best things about being in Sudden Valley.

Their style was awesome! Everybody loved them!! It was the "buzz" of the party!! " who are they, how did you find them... they are amazing!"

Sudden Valley played at our wedding reception and it was the best decision we made. They were so easy to work with.
The most special moment from our reception was our first dance. Sudden Valley learned and played our song and it made the moment so personal and intimate.
Our guests commented through out the night and since the wedding about how memorable and amazing the band was. Everyone loved the uniqueness of having a wedding band and Sudden Valley was the perfect band for our night. Without a doubt I would hire Sudden Valley again.

I hired Sudden Valley for my wife's 30th birthday and they blew me away. Their talent and professionalism was outstanding, and they created a fantastic atmosphere for the party. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
