Lazaro and Raul the owners came out gave a very thorough process and estimate in writing once I gave the green light I was directed to go pick my counter top color sent over the info and within a few weeks my counters were ready for install. I was very pleased with the communication from start to finish and even more happy with the finished product. 5 star definitely lives up to there name and they will be my preferred go to company for my future countertop needs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general many customers think that when a price is given is the money that is going to be made. but when you take out different expenses like a cut and fabrication in my case its different what we take home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give an estimate, If customer agrees we template right there. Then we take our customers to see different material Slabs to their taste. we ask for at least a 75% deposit more materials, and the remaining balance is paid once the job is finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work on solid surfaces for 4 years, my dad who is my co worker has 17 years experience and has taught me well
