- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an initial low-cost consultation facial where they have the opportunity to upgrade services as well as join my no cost facial club at substantial savings for future services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a lengthy confidential health history form with an initial service of an hour and a half of discussion and skin analyzation to determine appropriate treatment's. I meet my clients where they're willing to go, on whatever level that may be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Advanced esthetician education with continued learning. Face Reality acne certified, Skin cancer detection, advanced services to include derma planning, CIT and many other modalities for advanced skin health and treatments.
