Hello My name is Cheryl Alker and I am the owner of Blingle! Premier Lighting of Lee and Collier Counties. As a home owner I started to get increasingly frustrated with the lack of service in the “service” industry. Getting someone to answer a call or get back to you in a timely manner, arriving on time for a scheduled appointment, completing a job on time, being courteous and arriving in appropriate attire seemed to be sadly lacking. So I decided I wanted to offer a five star service from start to finish the old fashioned way! Answering calls, responding to voicemails, being punctual and courteous, literally putting the home owner first beyond everything else. So why lighting? Lighting a home or business and getting to be part of that “WOW” moment when the lights are turned on, is addictive to say the least! The most wonderful thing about lighting is that it creates an ambience, it creates a mood, it creates memories, romance and fun. Who doesn’t love the moment when each year the Holiday lights are switched on and memories from Christmas’s past are re-visited? Myself and my team live locally, we are part of this community and we sincerely want to become part of your memories. We offer a five star service in Landscape, Permanent, Holiday and Event lighting. From the start to the end, these guys were real professionals.The product line is premium and high-quality and the installation was wonderful.The crew showed up when expected and stayed (long day) until the job was done and we were satisfied.The installers took the time to show me how to use the app to manage the lights over our pool. Its mind-boggling how many options there are.And while we are only 24 hours in so far I couldnt be any happierI look at reviews when I select products or companies. So I think its important as a consumer when I come across a great product, supplied by a great company that I contribute with my review

We had Blingle install Gemstone Lights on our home in Cape Coral front and back. From request for a quote, the ultimate service experience started. Within an hour of requesting a quote after hours on a Friday, Cheryl reached out to schedule a visit to talk about our needs for lighting. Kyle and Tyler came out, walked around answering all our questions and provided a quote the same day. They gave us several options, and we went with the front and back. The service and attention to detail continued through the installation. Once complete, Kyle and Tyler walked us through the App and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The lights are amazing, Blingle was top notch and the App is super easy! I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could! Thank you again.

From the initial web contact to Kyle your sales representative, everything was effortless. Price was more than fair and scheduled quickly. Again Kyle and an install tech (sorry, forgot his name) came out and banged this out so quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up behind themselves and put items back that were moved. Super friendly and polite. The light system is awesome! Thanks Team!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free estimate on all of our lighting projects whether it be Holiday, Permanent or Landscape Lighting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange to meet the homeowner at their home and walk through the proposed project. We are keen to listen to the homeowner/business owner and then make suggestions based on their requirements. We provide free design and a free estimate. Once the project it agreed, we collect a 50% deposit, arrange the installation date and then collect the balance on installation and completion of the job. With regard to Holiday lights, we design, install, take down, provide maintenance during the Holidays and then store for the year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have low voltage training in Permanent, Landscape and Holiday Lighting.
