- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you think of having to find a way to get your lawn equipment to a shop, you also have to consider how long the shop holds your equipment before you actually get it back. Versus us coming out and fixing most equipment same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give an over the phone estimate for all new customers finding out what type of equipment you have and the usual price estimate it's going to cost for us to get out there and look the equipment over and figure out what's the best way to handle the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our small engine mechanics are certified in house and all perform at a high level in different areas of small engine repair.
