they came out on time and spent 3 hrs. Had to order a part and I haven't heard from except they want the balance and I won't pay it until mower is fixed. very disappointed.

2 young gentlemen showed up, and I explained the problem. They couldn’t figure out how to start my mower, so explained the safety. They tried several times to start themselves, and killed the battery. After hooking it up to their vehicle, they still couldn’t start it, so I had to do it (at this point, was considering just sending them away), and when I rode my mower for several minutes, it ran fine. So at the end of all of it, I paid 158 dollars to show them several times how to start my mower, and for them to kill the battery. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they were at least friendly. I think with some experience, they will be good in the business someday.

They were outstanding! I had a generator with a clogged carburetor .Very nice guys, Repaired in a timely fashion. Fair price for mobile service. Will definitely call them again!
