Danny (Overland Restoration 24/7) quickly and thoroughly did a master bathroom bathroom shower mold remediation at my just sold condo on short notice for a fast closing. I have been a home owner for nearly 45 years and had many contractors do work. None surpasses Danny for expertise, integrity, responsiveness, clear communication, passion for doing the job right - completely above and beyond at a reasonable price. Can't recommend Danny and his company highly enough.5 stars is not enough.. Already I have referred him to multiple other customers. Simply the best.

I commend this small family owned business, Overland Restoration, on the exceptional job they have done restoringmy condo in Cape Coral.The neighbor above me had a significant plumbing leak that flooded my walls, floors, and some ceiling areas of my new home.Danny, with Overland Restoration, was one of several recovery crews that were asked to bid on the restoration work and I am soglad they were chosen. From the initial meet, it was evident that Danny & his Wife, were well educated & experienced when it came to mold remediation, and I had a feeling they would be very thorough if they got the job!Considering that my young grandkids spent a significant amount of time at my home, providing a safe environment for my grandkids and myself is the top priority and I was quiteconcerned about lingering mold or mildew. I was also concerned about how long I would needto be temporarily housed.Danny and his team did not hesitate to start immediately, once he was notified he had been the chosen contractor and worked long hours to ensure as much as possible was tackled quickly!They were professional, courteous, quick, and most importantly diligent in ensuring that all health risks caused by the issue were addressed. They took care to remove any damageddrywall and other items and I could tell that they had to assess the damage as they went alongand discovered the depth of the issues, much more mold than anticipated.They also scrubbed, sanitized and sealed ac plenum, which was in pretty toxic condition. Danny included a courtesy professional oxidizing treatment, which he did not need to do! This was huge!If you need someone you can rely on, do not hesitate to hire Overland Restoration!! I am so very grateful.
