Russell was very responsive and punctual. He showed up the day after my initial call. He thoroughly inspected the water system and provided his analysis and quote. The day of the repair/replacement he showed up on time, completed the work and was professional. I would highly recommend Russell. We signed up for the annual salt delivery with Russell.

I called and they answered the phone (not a robot). Spoke with Russell, he gave me a good idea what the problem may be and the possible solutions. He arrived in less than an hour, surveyed my equipment and found the issue. Gave me a quote, fixed the problem. In and out in about 1/2 hour. He also fixed a couple of other small issues. Everything was done at a very fair price.

    Here at North Cape Water Repair we are family owned and operated. The benefit to being a smaller locally owned company, we are able to pass on benefits from our low overhead cost on to our customers!

    Typical new customer begins with a phone call, Followed by free estimate upon inspection.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I 2-year associates degree in Business Marketing and Management also over 10 years on hand experience!
