- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a straight $14.00 per hour if tips or gratuity will not be given. One setup hour is free.If the host states gratuity or tip jar permitted my fee drops to $10.00 per hour. That is because I need to cover my gas expenses to locations 30 miles or more from my house in Winter Springs, Fl.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken Responsible Vendor classes several times. I will continue as time permits.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working as a banquet server and as a musician on 25 cruise ships. I've seen many great bartenders and servers in my life. I like to run with the big dogs.
