- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $40 per hour for development and design work but flat fees can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes a consultation with my client. Things I would ask include what they like (in relation to their taste in design), what demographic they are aiming at, and to provide examples similar to what they are searching for. I then complete some mock ups for review and we discuss them. We make revisions to these mock ups before initial design then we complete and review until the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor in Arts from the University of Central Florida in Digital Media - Web Design. I also have 5 years in the Digital Design and Web Development fields.
