Hello! My name is Erika Chevalier and I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. I have been certified since 2019 but I started training clients in 2020. I grew in love with fitness and health after my fitness journey, once people started looking up to me as inspiration; that's when I knew I wanted to help others feel good about themselves and help them make healthy lifestyle choices. I created Badu Fit in 2019, Badu Fit is a fitness and health brand striving to help people all around the world to create healthy eating habits and a lifestyle that they desire! Being pregnant and working out is not easy, and it requires determination to be healthy for yourself and your baby. Working out with Erika helps give me the determination I need to get through every session, and the results show! Starting off my legs were very weak and I would struggle doing lounges and maintaining my balance. Now I have noticed a improvement in my energy levels, balance and I am capable of doing lounges with ease. Whether you are struggling with healthy, weight, or even pregnancy; Erika is definitely the trainer you want to work with. She values her clients and will help you reach your personal goals, it’s has been a great experience working with her.

Erika has been great from beginning to the end of our online training journey. I only trained with her for 3 months but she was very helpful, motivating and understanding especially when I decided to cancel due to personal reasons. She always reached out to see how I was doing, provided alternative workouts whenever I felt like I wasn’t able to do the one she originally gave me and she also sent healthy meals for me to try. Her monthly newsletters and webinars are very informative and I love that her training also includes an app that you use to track your meals along with the workouts. Erika is a great trainer and an even better person overall, I will highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in online training.

I started training with Erika back in November and since then I’ve noticed a complete difference in my body. Before her I could barely do 1 push-up. Now I can knock out 40 easily. She is kind, patient, and knows her stuff to be able to transform your body. If you’re on the fence, give her a try!! I promise you won’t regret it.

Erika has been an awesome trainer to say the least! She is always on time, professional and her workouts are creatively designed just for you. She pushes me to do things that I haven’t been able to do in years. I am getting stronger, I’ve lost over 10 Ibs and she has really helped me make a lifestyle change, not only in my workouts but in my nutrition as well!!

Erika is an amazing trainer! Not only is she super sweet, patient and inspiring, she also is very educated on fitness. Her workouts are the truth! I can feel myself getting stronger and I appreciate how she gradually pushes me with more reps, heavier weights or more compound movements. She’s been keeping me consistent with my workouts since October and there hasn’t ever been a stagnant moment working with her. Nonstop progressive and positive energy! 10/10 recommend!
