Outstanding work all around by Jordan! We had 2 load bearing porch columns that needed replacement and Jordan knocked it out in less than a day. He was extremely communicative throughout the process, explained the issues with the current columns (and risks) and remediated the issues. Jordan didn’t just provide immediate solutions but put in longterm reinforcement to ensure longevity of the new columns. This was our first time working with Elementum and Jordan will be our go-to moving forward.

Consultations and estimates are always FREE. Pricing generally only reflects materials cost and labor for a two man crew for install. custom designing will incur a slight additional charge to ensure you are getting exactly the result you are desiring. if demolition is involved, there may be an additional charge for dumping the debris depending on load size.
