What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All new clients up to 15% off any service. All seniors and military receive 10% off any service at any time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to meet and talk about the project, we take photographs and send an estimate within 24 hours after initial walk-through. Client has a 7 day period to decide to accept or pass on the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business, and years in the cleaning and hospitality industry. My partner has 20 years experience in the flooring industry.
