Shelby was very responsive and flexible. I was having a move out deep cleaning done and was t sure if I would still be moving out the day I had originally intended. I contacted Shelby and she was able to move another client to my time and I received a new time that would cover me if my move changed. That gave me so much peace of mind. On the day of the deep cleaning Shelby went room by room tackling the toughest dirt first, like the bathroom. I’m not the best cleaner but she did a great job bringing it back to move in ready. She also cleaned up my screened in patio enough that only normal wear and tear was left. I had a long list of problem areas and high expectations to not have to lose any of my deposit due to the apartment not being clean. I received my invoice yesterday after the complex’s assessment and inventory and there were no charges for cleaning! I am so happy! I highly recommend Shelby and S&S Cleaning!

Shelby was a true professional. After having 8 different cleaners no show or ghost me on other platforms she showed up on time, was extremely professional and did a wonderful job. Ill definitely be hiring her again.
