- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We provide a personalized estimate for each customer based on their unique moving situation. -We offer cash payment discounts and weekday discounts for flexible customers. -We only own 26' trucks which eliminate multiple trips saving our customer's time and money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Every customer fills out our estimate form on our website or goes through a similar process over the phone. 2. On the estimate form or phone call, we collect information like stairs/elevators/distance of carrying items/inventory/distance of move/specialty items/packing help/etc. 3. Once we have a clear scope of work we provide our prospects with our insurance information which we recommend to every prospect. There are 3 specific insurances prospects should ask every mover not just the vague licensed and insured question that doesn't protect them. 4. We discuss pricing options for their specific move. 5. When the prospect is ready to make a decision we collect the necessary information to email them an electronic agreement. 6. We call every prospect the day before their move as a simple reminder. 7. We perform the move. 8. We collect card or cash payment upon completion. 9. We follow up with a satisfaction email/survey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Josh is originally from Wisconsin and moved to Florida after graduating college in Madison, WI with a degree in architecture. Josh's background includes 10+ years in corporate America coupled with college athletics and the military. Moving runs in his blood! He assisted with his family's successful moving company for several years, and always dreamed of having his own family business. Brooke is originally from Pittsburgh and moved to Florida after graduating Summa Cum Laude at West Virginia University with a degree in Business and Economics. Brooke's background includes 10+ years of business and sales experience.
