What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is $60 per hour, but if you book at least 5 services, I offer a discount! so the client has to prioritize what they deem most necessary for cleaning or organizing. A first visit is important to understand what the client wants done. Cleaning and organizing are different jobs, as is window cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial meeting to define the type of work and how many hours will be needed to complete it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn't take courses to learn how to clean a house or organize closets; I learned through daily experience, and what I don't know, I try to learn. I am patient and eager to please the client.
