We take alot of pride into every dish we create. From handpicking every ingredient, flavor profile, wine pairing and plate to serve it on, just to accommodate you and your guests. We are driven by passion and a love for creating lasting memories. We focus on small intimate events, and do not offer large scale catering. This allows us to be creative with the menu, taking time to do the detailed prep, and dinner service. The Chef: Originally from Brooklyn New York, I migrated to Jamaica when I was younger where I spent 16 years. My passion for food started from just being in the kitchen and watching my mother cook, and wanting to try a little of everything. This passion soon turned into a career in the hospitality industry. I was trained professionally at PTC where I spent 3 years perfecting my craft. Also placing #1 in Skills USA annual regional competition for culinary arts. I had the pleasure of Chef Matthew preparing a birthday meal for my family while visiting Orlando. Matthew was punctual, and professional and the food was excellent!! His attention to detail was unmatched. He even noticed without me mentioning that my brother did not like sauce on his food and for each course placed the sauce on the side. We thoroughly enjoyed Matthew's cuisine and if ever in the Orlando area again would use his services.

My most popular package is my signature chef’s table package, it comes with 5 custom courses, and is a plated option. This package starts at 139 per person plus the cost of groceries, depending on the menu.
