FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a package for a Living Will, Last Will & Testament, Florida Power of Attorney and a Designated Health Care Surrogate for $395.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a brief consultation to understand the service you need, answer general process questions, and provide clear, upfront pricing. For document-preparation services, I send an invoice and questionnaire to gather your information, then prepare the documents according to your instructions for your review. Once everything is approved, we schedule a convenient appointment for signing, witnessing, and notarization when required. Mobile appointments are available throughout the Tampa Bay area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of experience working with an estate-planning attorney, giving me extensive experience with legal documents, client communication, and attention to detail. I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and a Certified Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association. I have completed specialized loan-signing training and background screening and carry $25,000 in Errors and Omissions insurance. I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice or representation.
