Karrie: Multiple years of experience as a corporate recruiter, and currently the decision maker as an owner of a small business. Bachelor’s in Business Marketing. Cameron: Multiple years of experience as a hiring manager for a Fortune 100 company. Master’s in Business Administration. Our Process: Resume Workshopping: - Shoot us a message with a quick summary of what you are hoping to accomplish. - Once we are connected, email us your resume draft, and we will begin workshopping it to provide value and tailor it according to ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and the job description. * If no resume exists yet, let us know and we will send over a template to be completed and returned back to us. - We will sync up live for a meeting to discuss your aspirations and how best to help you get there. Interview Prep: - Shoot us a message with a quick summary of the role you are prepping for. - Once we are connected, we will send over a high level list of questions to begin pondering. - An initial phone call will be setup to discuss. - Final mock interview via Google Meet or MS Teams will be setup.
