Was initially pleasant and he appeared to be knowledgeable on the phone but offended me when he accused me of “just shopping” him. Of course I, like any responsible consumer, will always review multiple service providers before contracting home improvement services. Additionally, his blanket criticism about other work I had done on my home was un-constructive given his statement was just that it was “done wrong” without any explanation.
