What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Editing is very subjective. What one author needs isn't the same as another, so we like to get a small sample of 3-5 pages and use that to give quotes. Usually it ends up being cheaper for the author that way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
