- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the complexity and volume of your business transactions, not a one-size-fits-all rate. We offer monthly bookkeeping packages starting with a discovery call so we can understand your business before quoting. There are no surprise fees — everything is discussed upfront. Catch-up and cleanup projects are quoted separately. We work with small business owners who want clarity on their numbers without overpaying for services they don't need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free discovery call to talk about your business, your current bookkeeping situation, and what's causing you the most pain. From there we review your books to assess where things stand, then provide a custom proposal. Once we agree on scope, we get to work in QuickBooks Online. Most clients are fully onboarded within one to two weeks. After that we operate on a consistent monthly rhythm so you always know where your money is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisors with years of hands-on experience managing the books for small businesses across multiple industries. We stay current on bookkeeping best practices, tax prep coordination, and QuickBooks updates through ongoing training and professional development.
