Josh was great prior to the cleaning and during. Several water stains were removed and the whole house now looks much brighter! There was NO ODOR; no mess to deal with. Josh worked alone and was here about 1-1/2 hrs. for 3 rooms and a hallway. He and Cardinal Carpet are my new "go to" people for my carpetcleaning needs.

I am very happy with the results. Our carpet is only one year old, but there were several spots where our cats 'left their mark', as well as a couple of food accidents. Josh cleaned all carpets and cleaned the grout in our foyer and kitchen. The cleaning process got everything out and left the house smelling great. The carpet looks and feels brand new again. 14 years of grime is gone from the tile--I never expected it to work so well. Josh was very professional. He responded to my service request immediately and showed up on time for the cleaning appointment. I was so happy with the results that I asked Josh to put me in his schedule for 1 year from now to do my next cleaning. I definitely recommend Cardinal CarpetCleaners.

I had to delay his services on several occasions due to a slow down of a construction project in my home. Josh was very kind and patience with the delay. He did an awesome job of of carpetcleaning and will have him back next time.. Very professional.

We Do not give one price to raise it upon arrival! Many company’s on Thumbtack will say one thing to change it upon arrival! Our price is upfront without the intention of ripping people off! We want life time customers not one time customers!

We have done big commercial jobs as well as many various size residential, carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning services. Our goal is life time customers!

Will this project be under priced and then overpriced upon arrival.. unfortunately many lie before and after arrival using their customers. Our goal is to raise the standard and create life time customers. This includes upfront pricing quality service and customer satisfaction.
