- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Do not give one price to raise it upon arrival! Many company’s on Thumbtack will say one thing to change it upon arrival! Our price is upfront without the intention of ripping people off! We want life time customers not one time customers!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done big commercial jobs as well as many various size residential, carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning services. Our goal is life time customers!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Will this project be under priced and then overpriced upon arrival.. unfortunately many lie before and after arrival using their customers. Our goal is to raise the standard and create life time customers. This includes upfront pricing quality service and customer satisfaction.
