I am very happy with the results. Our carpet is only one year old, but there were several spots where our cats 'left their mark', as well as a couple of food accidents. Josh cleaned all carpets and cleaned the grout in our foyer and kitchen. The cleaning process got everything out and left the house smelling great. The carpet looks and feels brand new again. 14 years of grime is gone from the tile--I never expected it to work so well. Josh was very professional. He responded to my service request immediately and showed up on time for the cleaning appointment. I was so happy with the results that I asked Josh to put me in his schedule for 1 year from now to do my next cleaning. I definitely recommend Cardinal Carpet Cleaners.

Josh was a professional - getting right to work and getting are carpets looking new and smelling fresh. He was able to remove dirt from heavily soiled areas. He uses a truck-mounted cleaning system that deep cleans unlike those rental machines at the big box stores.
