Chef Anthony made the experience memorable. It was a first time experience for me, my wife and friends. Because I wanted it to be a surprise, I had to align with chef Anthony on a few things and he was more than accommodating. He arrived timely and continually engaged each of while he worked to ensure we had a pleasurable experience. The food preparation highlighted his experience as literally every item was met with approval and the portions were more than we could handle in one sitting . The occasion was Mother’s Day and I must say this is one event my wife will never forget. My hat’s off to Hat’s Off to Dining (LOL). Chef Anthony you did a great job.
