Got a great new customer deal for a one-time AC checkup. Casey was very thorough, cleaned the drain line, outside and in the unit, changed a fuse and showed me where mold was growing. He was super cool, friendly and helpful. It may be the best $59 I've ever spent on the house, and, based on Casey's work, I'll probably be signing up for the annual maintenance contract for just $225 for the year!

John Mekhail came out yesterday to check out a problem with our icemaker on our Samsung refrigerator. Was prompt and very courteous and explained what to try first to see if that corrected the problem. We think it is a frozen water line. It is defrosting and will restart today to see if it was the problem .

The first appointment they did not show up with no phone call. I called them and they were all apologetic so I gave him a second chance. They gave me a window to be at my house between 12 and 4. They did not show up until 4:15 with no phone call or notice that they were running late. Never again.
