- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are discussed upfront - I don't believe in hiding fees or forcing you to buy 'special packages'. You only buy what you need and there's never any pressure and no rush to decide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure we discuss and understand a customer's needs before the photo or video shoot. I provide a service contract so that noting is left to chance, and there's no need for the customer to worry about their photos or videos of their special event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a photographer for over 30 years, starting as a yearbook photographer working alongside and learning from the pros at Josten's Yearbooks. Through the years since, I've attended training classes from Nikon (my preferred equipment supplier) ever chance I get!
