Told me that he would be at my house at 9am. Showed up about 1245 pm. Three men, two owners and a Mexican male that could not speak English. The two owners sat in a pickup all afternoon and the other man did All the work by himself. Mixed the cement in a 5 gallon bucket and layed approximately 5x10 foot . Couldn’t believe that the owners didn’t lift a finger to help. Could have finished much sooner if they had.
