It was an absolute pleasure working with Ricky. Communication with him via the Thumbtack app was quick, he arrived on time, was professional and friendly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent. We do offer discounts when there are multiple projects. We also give $10.00 discounts when a customer performs a review before they pay their invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to know exactly what we are doing. The electrician may ask for photos of the location of the work, a picture of the item being installed, ceiling heights, access issues/if any. Best time to complete the work and how soon is the work to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner is a certified electrical contractor with an A.S. in Electrical Engineering.
