Raquel is amazing! I asked her to create a balloon backdrop with a sneaker since we are a women's run group. I gave her my colors and told her that she was a professional and that I was looking for her to be creative. Every time she called me and asked me if I wanted this or that, my response was the same. You are a professional, and I am depending on you. Oh, Em Gee! This is what she created. We couldn't stop talking about it. I highly recommend Raqel Events.
