We are negotiable. We offer payment plans even on small projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great conversations to understand the concerns and needs. We are okay with phone conversations and accepting pictures via app, email, or text to try to help you identify current problems with your garage door or garage door operator. We offer future scheduling, same day repairs, and depending on situation, emergency assistance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all tradesmen with a background in construction consisting of several decades of experience. We know our parts and we know construction. We have worked on construction sites and have various tools to inspect problems from minor to major, from mechanical to electronical.
