Ana was awesome! She was able to help me out in a short amount of time before my wedding. I decided against another artist and she was able to do the hair and makeup trial soon and she was early! She was very responsive via text. She was so knowledgeable and taught me many different things about both hair and makeup. She had good rapport with my bridal party and myself. She made me feel and look beautiful. She started out light with makeup instead of full force and adjusted it as she went. I didn't have any hesitation after the trial. On the day of the wedding, she was early and finished with all of the girls before the time we had figured. She educated everyone as she went and was very helpful.She was awesome and I am so glad I found her!

Our company had a bit of a unique project for Ana. It was a little complicated and involved a lot of back and forth and scheduling. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on time spent on the service, travel etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm date time and number of hair and makeup Services so I can email a detailed proposal and contract with hair and skin prep recommendations so everything stays on time and runs smoothly. Then I like to see photos of the venue, dress and hair and makeup ideas they like to make sure everything goes together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formerly The Coordinator For the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as co-owner of a theater group for 10+ years. Both positions required me to set up events, hire caterers, find venues, interact with guests and always keep my mind on the time and planned timeline. I also worked in a salon for a few years so have experience with various hair and skin types.
